Crystal Fair is an excellent pharmacist for the busy IV room at CHI St. Joseph Health Regional Hospital. She is calm, collected, and concerned about everything that comes through her area. Among her duties, Crystal is able to deftly and compassionately handle situations involving chemotherapy patients, who are often on-edge, nervous, or scared. She works with oncology nurses to ensure the safest, highest-quality products for these patients. In her day-to-day work, Crystal deals with many requests simultaneously and maintains a calm demeanor through it all. Her coworkers value Crystal’s excellent communication skills and the quality of care she encourages.
